Refund & Return Policy – Kaveri Enterprises
Due to the nature of food and perishable products, we maintain strict return policies.
1. No Return After Dispatch
Once goods are dispatched, returns are not accepted.
No cancellation after dispatch.
2. Damage or Wrong Item Claims
Any damage or wrong item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Clear photo/video proof is mandatory.
3. Replacement Policy
If damage is verified, replacement will be arranged.
Refund may be issued if replacement is not possible.

Opened or used products
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
